Both platforms publish a price. Only one of them is the price you actually pay.
Swoogo Professional costs $11,800 per year. It includes one full user, one reporting user, unlimited events and unlimited registrations. Its mobile app (Go Attend), SSO and sub-accounts are listed under Premium Upgrades with no figures attached. Eventira Pro is $2,499 a year for 10 events, up to 500 attendees each, and the attendee app is included on every plan.

Swoogo's headline is unlimited events for one predictable price. Its own pricing page then lists Go Attend, the thing attendees actually open, under Premium Upgrades with no figure. Eventira includes the PWA and the app from the $999 plan upward.
$11,800 buys one full user and one reporting user. Full users are the ones who can build registration paths, websites and communications. Eventira's Solo and Pro plans include 15 team members with role-based access.
Swoogo's unlimited-event model beats ours if you run 30 or more events a year. At ten events you are paying $11,800 for headroom you will not use. At forty, run the numbers again.
Swoogo is the deeper registration builder, with conditional logic, personas and 40+ widgets. Eventira is built around seeing every event in one dashboard. Worth being honest about which problem you have.
Teams running 20 or more events a year with someone whose job includes building complex conditional registration logic, and organisations whose procurement requires SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, all three of which Swoogo lists on its pricing page. Swoogo also advertises a 15 minute first response on support. If that is the shape of your problem, buy Swoogo. Eventira is for the Event Manager running a handful of events with a team of one or two who needs the whole programme visible in one place rather than a deeper form builder.
Solo $999 per event. Pro $2,499 a year for ten. Premium $4,999 with full white-label. All published, all on one page.
