In brief: Eventira is a mid-market all-in-one event platform with published pricing (from $999 per event) that competes with Cvent, Whova, Swoogo, Zuddl, Bizzabo and others. It is best for teams running 10+ events a year that want registration, scheduling, check-in, communications and ROI analytics in one EU-hosted, GDPR-ready platform.
The short answer

Eventira publishes three plans: Solo at $999 for a single event, Pro at $2,499 a year for 10 events (about $249 each), and Premium at $4,999 with full white-label. Of the ten alternatives here, four publish prices we could read, two publish none at all, and four we could not retrieve. That is the single clearest difference in this category, and it is why every page below tells you where its numbers came from.

FAQ

Questions we actually get.

What does Eventira cost?
Three published plans: Solo at $999 per event (up to 500 attendees), Pro at $2,499 a year for 10 events (500 attendees each, about $249 per event), and Premium at $4,999 a year (10 events, up to 1,000 attendees, full white-label). Overage is $2 per attendee. All of it is on our pricing page with the limits printed beside each plan.
How many of these platforms publish their pricing?
Of the ten we compare, we could read published prices on four vendor pricing pages: Swoogo, Zuddl, Let's Get Digital and, obviously, ourselves. Swapcard and Whova publish none. For Cvent, Bizzabo, Samaaro, SpotMe and Zoho Backstage we could not retrieve the pricing page at all, so any figure you see for them on this site is labelled as a third-party estimate rather than stated as fact.
Does Eventira have add-ons and limits too?
Yes, and we would rather say so here than have you find out later. Solo and Pro cover 500 attendees per event, Premium covers 1,000, and overage is $2 per attendee. Optional extras include QR check-in, contests and gamification, AI attendee matchmaking, lead retrieval, ticketing integration, live streaming, surveys, third-party analytics and guided map navigation, all priced on the pricing page. Done-for-you event support is $150 to $250 per event depending on plan, and a dedicated account manager is $50 per event. What is not an add-on is the attendee app, the multi-event dashboard or the templates.
Which platforms charge extra for the attendee app?
Of the platforms whose pricing we could verify: Swoogo lists its app, Go Attend, under Premium Upgrades with no price, and Zuddl lists a Mobile App add-on. Let's Get Digital prices its in-person app per attendee, from EUR 2.50. We cannot speak for the platforms that publish nothing. Eventira includes the PWA and the Eventira app on all three plans.
How do you decide what to publish here?
Every figure on this site is in one of three states, and the state is printed at the top of each page. Either we read it on the vendor's own pricing page and say so, or we opened their pricing page and found no prices and say that, or we could not retrieve their page and label anything we mention as a third-party estimate. We do not repeat numbers we cannot trace.
When should I not choose Eventira?
Buy something else if:
  • You need formal SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification on the contract. Swoogo lists all three of SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, and SpotMe publishes ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II report. We are GDPR compliant and EU-hosted with certification in progress.
  • Your events earn revenue from exhibitors. That is Swapcard's territory.
  • You are in pharma or life sciences. SpotMe has spent years on HCP compliance.
  • CRM attribution is the whole point. Zuddl and Samaaro go deeper.
  • Your events run well past 500 attendees. Talk to us first, because the plan maths changes.

You run the events. We will handle the chaos.

Solo $999 per event. Pro $2,499 a year for ten. Premium $4,999 with full white-label. All published, all on one page.
