Swapcard monetises the floor. Eventira runs the programme. Most teams only have one of those problems.
A trade show or expo organiser whose revenue comes from exhibitors, sponsors and hosted buyer programmes, and who needs AI matchmaking working across thousands of attendees.
An Event Manager running internal or member-funded conferences, where the agenda is the product and there is no exhibition floor to monetise.
Swapcard does not publish prices. Its pricing page is titled Get a Quote. What it does state: plans are annual subscriptions rather than per event, the subscription stays the same whether you run one event or several, attendee volume is tiered with bands up to 1,000 and up to 10,000 per year, and custom pricing for professional and enterprise customers comes via a sales demo. Eventira publishes three plans: $999 per event, $2,499 a year for ten, $4,999 with white-label.

Swapcard's revenue language is about money from exhibitors, sponsors and hosted buyers. If your events do not sell floor space, that entire product surface is value you are not using.
Their pricing page states the subscription does not change with event count, but attendee bands do tier it. For a fixed programme of similar-sized events that is harder to budget than a plan price.
There is no number on the page. Professional and enterprise pricing is explicitly custom and follows a sales demo.
Swapcard's AI matchmaking and networking is strong at trade show scale. If connecting thousands of buyers and sellers is the job, they do it better than we do.
Trade show organisers, expos and large association events that generate revenue from exhibitors, sponsors and hosted buyer programmes, where AI matchmaking across thousands of attendees is the core value. Swapcard is good at that, and it is a genuinely different product category from ours. Eventira is for internal and member-funded conference programmes, summits, client conferences and product launches, where the agenda is the product.
Solo $999 per event. Pro $2,499 a year for ten. Premium $4,999 with full white-label. All published, all on one page.
