Use Case 05: Solo & Small Organisers

You're the whole team.
Now you have the whole platform.

For freelance event organisers and 1–2 person studios running 5–20 events a year, where every dollar counts, every hour matters, and hiring isn't the answer.

✓ For solo operators & small studios ✓ 5–20 events a year ✓ One platform replaces the stack ✓ Grow without hiring
Quick check
This page is for you if…
You run 5–20 events a year
You're a team of one or two
You do sales, ops, and support yourself
You've priced out enterprise platforms before
Growing feels like it requires hiring
Solo reality check

You're the marketer. The ops team. The finance team.
The support desk.

Solo means wearing every hat. Eventira takes off the ones you don't want to keep wearing, so the hats that matter (creative, client, growth) get more of you.

Marketing hat
Event pages, brand consistency, attendee comms. Templates and drag-and-drop pages so every event ships on-brand without design help.
Sales hat
Pitches, contracts, follow-ups. Registration flows, quote-to-book workflows, and a place to keep client conversations tied to events.
Operations hat
Scheduling, vendors, logistics. Venue coordination, vendor comms, and a portfolio calendar so nothing slips.
Finance hat
Invoices, expenses, reconciliation. Integrated payments and reports that turn monthly bookkeeping into a fifteen-minute task.
Support hat
Attendee questions, day-of issues. An attendee portal, self-serve answers, and pre-event comms that answer questions before they arrive.
Growth hat
New clients, new events, referrals. Templates that make each event faster than the last, so growth doesn't have to mean overwork.
The tool tax

The real cost of a five-tool stack.

Every standalone platform costs more than the subscription line. Here's what it adds up to when you're the one paying attention to it.

Money
Every tool adds a subscription. The bill quietly grows each quarter. One platform, one line item.
Time
Every switch between tools is a small tax on focus. Reconciliation at month-end is a bigger one.
Attention
Passwords, integration health, tool updates, notifications: mental overhead you never asked for.
Confidence
When six tools hold the truth, no single view is complete. You're never quite sure everything's current.

Immediate wins.

Three things that change on day one, for a business of one.

01

One platform. One bill. One dashboard.

Everything a solo event business needs, together in one place. One login, one monthly cost, one source of truth. That's it.

02

Onboarding? It's just you.

No training programme, no handover binder, no consultant. Learn it once, ship your first event this week, and don't look back.

03

Grow the business. Not the headcount.

Take on more events without adding people. Templates compound, workflows automate, and the platform absorbs the growth.

Grow without hiring

From 5 events to 20 events.
Same one-person business.

The path from freelance side project to full-time solo operation, on one platform. Growth stops being a hiring problem.

5 events / year
Stage 01
Finding your rhythm
Templates start compounding. Event two takes half as long as event one.
10 events / year
Stage 02
The stack pays for itself
One platform costs less than six tools did. Hours reclaimed become new events booked.
15 events / year
Stage 03
Bigger clients arrive
White-label lets you win larger gigs. Your brand on their event, not ours.
20+ events / year
Stage 04
You get to choose
Hire or don't hire, the platform handles either. Growth on your terms.
Why solo operators pick us

What we believe about running an event business as one person. And how it shows up.

Most event platforms are priced and designed for teams. That leaves solo operators paying enterprise money for features they don't need, or piecing together the free tier of six different tools. Neither works well. Here's the alternative.

Solo isn't
second-tier.
A one-person event business is still a real business: priced the same, supported the same. Not a stripped-down free tier, but the same platform your five-person competitor uses, at a price that respects your reality.
Growing shouldn't mean
hiring.
Templates compound. Workflows automate. Reports build themselves. The platform absorbs the load so your calendar doesn't demand a second person the moment you take on your eleventh event.
One bill.
No surprises.
Predictable monthly pricing that scales with your event volume, not with seats and not with feature gates. When you know what next quarter costs, you can price your own services with confidence.

Pricing principles

One platform. One price. No surprises.

Because when you're the whole team, you shouldn't need a spreadsheet to figure out what the platform costs next month.

Pay only for events you run
The Solo plan is priced per event ($999), not per year. Run one event and pay once. Run one event every couple of years and you still only ever pay for that one event, never for an annual plan sized for a season you don't have.
No per-seat traps
Your team is you. You shouldn't pay per seat, and you shouldn't be penalised the moment you bring in a collaborator for a big project.
Full platform on every tier
No feature gates forcing an upgrade. White-label, integrations, and support are in from day one, on the Solo plan too.

Common questions.

No questions match your search. Try a different term.

Is Eventira affordable for a solo event organiser?
Yes. The Solo plan is $999 per event, paid only when you run one, not an annual commitment. If you run one event a year, or one every couple of years, you pay for that single event and nothing more. The Pro plan (10 events/year) only makes sense once you're running 3+ events a year; below that, Solo is the better fit. See current pricing on the Pricing page.
Do I need any technical skills to build an event website on Eventira?
No. The no-code page builder uses drag-and-drop blocks and templates, so a professional event page ships without design or development help.
Can I white-label the platform for my clients?
Yes. White-label puts your brand on the attendee app, event website, and emails, so clients see your business, not a third-party tool with your logo added on top.
What happens when I outgrow 5–20 events a year?
Nothing has to change operationally. Eventira scales from a handful of events a year to a full portfolio on the same platform, so growth is a plan upgrade, not a tool migration.
Do I need to hire someone to keep up with more events?
Not necessarily. Templates, automated attendee comms, and self-serve reporting are built to absorb the coordination work that would otherwise require a second person. Some solo operators do bring on help as they grow, but the platform is designed so that decision is a choice, not a requirement.
Is support included, or is it an extra cost for smaller plans?
Support is included on every plan, including Solo. You're not routed to a lower support tier for running fewer events.
