Is there a free trial or free plan for Eventira?
Eventira doesn't publish a self-serve free trial. The Solo plan ($999/event) works well as a low-commitment way to pilot the platform on a single event, and a demo is the fastest way to see the full product before committing to a plan.
What happens if I go over my attendee limit?
Every plan supports overages at $2.00 per additional attendee rather than blocking registration or forcing a plan upgrade mid-event. For events expecting 1,000 to 100,000+ attendees, Eventira puts together a custom quote instead.
Can I switch plans or upgrade later?
Yes — teams commonly start on Solo for a first event and move to Pro once they're running a recurring calendar, or move from Pro to Premium when white-label branding becomes a requirement. Talk to the Eventira team to move between plans.
