Connect Ticket Tailor to Eventira

Last updated: July 2026 · ~5 min read
In short: Connect Ticket Tailor once with an API key, map your ticket types to Eventira attendee types, and every sale (and cancellation) syncs into your Eventira attendee list automatically.

Before you start

You'll need admin access to your Ticket Tailor account to generate an API key, and Event Manager access or above in Eventira. Have your ticket types already set up in Ticket Tailor before you start mapping.

Steps

  1. Get your Ticket Tailor API key

In Ticket Tailor, go to Account settings → API and copy your API key.

Heads up: Treat this key like a password — anyone with it can read your ticketing data. Don't share it outside your team.
  2. Add the integration in Eventira

In your event, go to Event Hub → Integrations → Ticketing, choose Ticket Tailor, and paste the API key. Click Connect to verify it.

  3. Map ticket types

Match each Ticket Tailor ticket type (e.g. "General Admission", "VIP") to an Eventira attendee type. This determines what each attendee can access on your event website and app.

  4. Test and enable sync

Click Run test sync and confirm attendees appear correctly in Event Hub → Attendees. Once you're happy, turn on automatic sync so new sales, refunds, and cancellations flow through continuously.

Note: Sync runs every few minutes once enabled. Refunded or cancelled Ticket Tailor orders automatically update the attendee's status in Eventira — they aren't just deleted.
Tip: Run the test sync against a small batch of real orders before your event goes on sale widely, so you can confirm the mapping looks right.
