1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Eventira application ("App"), website, or services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Eventira.

Eventira Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") may modify these Terms anytime. Changes become effective immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Age & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • If you're 13-17, your parent/guardian must consent to these Terms.
  • You represent all information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Account Registration & Security

Creating an Account

  • Provide accurate, complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • You are liable for all activities under your account.
  • Do not share your password with others.

Prohibited Account Activity

You agree NOT to:

  • Create fake, fraudulent, or misleading accounts.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Collect emails or contact information without permission.
  • Use your account for illegal purposes.
  • Sell, transfer, or share your account.

4. User Conduct — Prohibited Behavior

You agree NOT to:

Harassment & Safety

  • Send threatening, abusive, or harassing messages.
  • Stalk, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Discriminate based on protected characteristics.
  • Create a hostile or unsafe environment.

Spam & Fraud

  • Send spam or bulk messages.
  • Engage in phishing or scamming.
  • Participate in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
  • Commit any form of fraud.

System Abuse

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with app functionality or infrastructure.
  • Perform automated data scraping or harvesting.

Illegal Activity

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations (Indian, EU, or international).
  • Facilitate illegal activity by other users.

Consequences

Violations may result in account suspension, permanent termination, legal action, and/or reporting to law enforcement.

5. Event Registration & Tickets

Event Organizer Responsibility

Eventira is a platform connecting attendees with event organizers. Eventira is NOT responsible for event quality, cancellation, postponement, or issues. Event organizers are solely responsible for event execution.

Your Registration

  • You are responsible for ensuring you meet event requirements.
  • We do not verify age, background, or eligibility for events.
  • By registering, you accept event-specific terms set by organizers.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are set by event organizers, not Eventira. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests. Eventira processes refunds only when authorized by organizers.

No Guarantee

  • We do NOT guarantee events will occur or take place as described.
  • We do NOT guarantee event quality or organizer conduct.
  • We do NOT guarantee your physical safety at events.
  • You attend events at your own risk.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of messages, photos, and data you create. By uploading content, you grant Eventira permission to store, display, and use it to provide and improve the Service. You guarantee you own or have permission to share the content, and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • We are NOT liable for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (or $0 if unpaid).

This applies to app unavailability, errors, data loss, poor event quality, other users' conduct, third-party service failures, and anything else related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Your Right

  • You can delete your account anytime through app settings.
  • Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Our Right

We may terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our policies.
  • Engage in harmful, illegal, or deceptive conduct.
  • Create safety or security concerns.
  • Engage in fraud or abuse.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (specifically Maharashtra), without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any legal proceedings related to these Terms or the Service shall be filed in courts located in Mumbai/Thane, India.
