Account deletion help
In short: This guide explains how to permanently remove your profile and all associated activity from Eventira. Once processed, your data is handled in line with our global data-retention and privacy policies.
How to delete your account
Sign in securely
Log in to the specific account you want to remove.
Open your Profile
Go to the Profile dashboard from the main navigation bar.
Choose Account Delete
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Account Delete.
Confirm to finish
Re-enter your credentials or complete the security prompt to finalise the deletion.
Important considerations
- This process is irreversible — data cannot be restored.
- Back up any active certificates or event data before you start.

Data retention & purge cycle
A transparent look at how we handle your information after deletion.
Profile data
Full name, email address, and personalised settings are purged immediately from active systems.
Engagement data
Your comments, file uploads, and post history are permanently unlinked and deleted.
Legal & statutory exceptions

Financial compliance: transaction records are kept for 7 years for auditing purposes.

Legal hold: information required for active litigation or court orders will be retained.
Purge window: up to 30 days for complete backup synchronisation
