How much does Eventira cost?
Eventira pricing starts at $249 per event on the Pro plan ($2,499/year for 10 events). Solo plans start at $999/event for one-off events. Premium adds white-label and higher attendee capacity at $4,999/year. See full pricing.
What kinds of events can I run on Eventira?
Eventira is built for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events — across the full MICE spectrum (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), plus bootcamps and workshops. The platform handles intimate meetings of 10 attendees up to international congresses with 50,000+ attendees — same architecture, same dashboard.
Can I fully customize the branding of the app and event website?
Yes. The no-code website builder gives you deep customization — colors, fonts, layouts, logo placement. On the Premium plan, the attendee app and event website are fully white-labeled to your brand. On Pro and Solo, you get Eventira-branded with your event's logo, banner, and primary colour.
Is Eventira GDPR-compliant and secure?
Yes. Eventira is fully GDPR-compliant with data encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication, comprehensive audit logs, and servers hosted in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Official certification is in progress. We sign DPAs for all customers on the Pro and Premium plans.
Do you integrate with Cvent, Ticket Tailor, and other tools we already use?
Yes. Eventira integrates with major ticketing providers like Ticket Tailor and registration tools like Cvent — keep what's working, replace what isn't. We also have native registration if you'd rather consolidate everything into one platform.
What if I run more than 10 events per year?
The Pro plan covers up to 10 events per year. If you're running 20, 30, or 40+ events, we'll size a custom plan to your calendar — usually still well below the cost of stitching multiple tools together. Book a 15-minute demo and we'll work it out.
Do you help with event setup and onboarding?
Yes. Pro and Premium include concierge setup — we map your registration data, attendee profiles, and event templates over before your first event ships. For deeper branding, design, or hands-on event support, we offer dedicated setup services at a super affordable rate. Most teams ship their first event on Eventira within 2 weeks.
